Why do I suggest your fire your project managers? The reason is I’m not talking about the peoplebut the type of people. I hate the term project manager because I believe it improperly defines the role of running a project. The title should be project leader. I realize that a title is only a name, but in this case title often implies certain attitudes and beliefs that are not beneficial to the project’s success.
